It's not all about the mark

Do people study to know things or only to have a better job? I think people do it for the second reason. People are obsessed to get a nice job because their parents told them it was good for their future. In my opinion this is stupid and everything should do whatever they want because if you're not enjoying what you are studying because most of people don't understand what are they doing but they know how to do for example maths problems but without knowing why. I think we all should try to understand what we are doing and after everything would be so much easier.
