Stress

Do you know stress is bad for you?

People who is helping others have zero % possibilities about dying for stress.
Even if you don't think stress is bad and it's just a biological thing about your body that is helping you out you won't have problems related with this. Even if you think it's bad you would have more possibilities of dying for stress otherside If you think stress is something good for you you will have more courage.
Stress is associated with cardiovascular disease because when you have stress the heart rate goes up and the blood vessels constrict and if we don't have oxygen enough we can have a heart attack except if you think stress is helpful.
You know now that if you don't care about your stress you shouldn't have any problem.
