Best diet to workout?!

In the age of 15 to 30 usually people want to look good. Most of the people is obsessed about it. And the only reason about that is mainly that boys want to  woman and womans are trying to atract boys. So if you are a boy and you want some tips about losing fat and gain muscle this is your post.
Well, firstable you must know you should do a diet that consists in proteins mostly with a bit of variety too but proteins should be allways there in the meal. You shouldn't eat any fat food because it isn't the same to eat 2000c of fat or 2000c of vegetables isn't it? So you should start eating the same way of calories if you have fat in your body but with this diferent type of ingretients in your diet. If you aren't fat you should eat a bit more calories and burn it and that's the way to win muscle!
