Basketball: More than a sport

Basketball is the second most popular sport in Spain.

I started playing basketball at the age of 6 years old and now I'm 16! 

I think basketball is more than only a game. It's my passion. And also I think it's a good sport because it's a team sport and you met a lot of amazing people and some players who maybe the will be professional players.

I will explain my career:

As I said before I start playing when I was only 6 years. I was playing in Esplais for 3 years and suddenly they were problems with heads of the club so all the father's crate a new club called "C.B. Castellò". We were the same teams as before. I was playing in "C.B. Catellò@ from about 2 years and I read "Sant Josep Girona" were recruiting players so I went to the examination with my friend Ivan Ruano who is really tall too. I remember really well this day because it was an especial day. I was really nervous about the results. 

After few days somebody called home asking for join "Sant Josep Girona" with Ivan. We said yes.

My first’s days there were a little bit difficult to adapt the good level but I got it successful.

In my second year I played with a higher category than mine. We were the letter "C" because they were 3 teams in this category. Letter "A" was playing in Barcelona competition but "B" and "C" were playing in the same competition in Girona. Normally "A" win "B" and "B" won "C" but we won the Girona championship and we went to Tarragona to play the finals. The finals were 2 matches. We were one of the 4 teams in Catalonia. In the first round we played vs. best of Barcelona and they won the match. After this we needed to return home.

These summer I was tired about go 3 times a week in Girona so next year I went to play in "Escolapies Figueres". We were really good at this moment and I had a great time. We were 2nd this year.

I played another year but the things were going to the wrong way.

Now I'm playing with them again because I enjoy it. 

I don't know what I will do in the future but I always have a good time.
